1. Agreement

By engaging Azenth Web Solutions ("we," "us") for services, you ("Client") agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide:

  • Custom website design/development via GoHighLevel.

  • Hosting, maintenance, and SEO (if specified in your proposal).

  • Deliverables outlined in your signed proposal.

3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide content (text, images, logos) by agreed deadlines.

  • Respond to feedback requests within 48 hours to avoid delays.

  • Secure licenses for third-party assets (e.g., stock photos).

4. Payments

  • Upfront Fees: Non-refundable deposit (e.g., $300+) to begin work.

  • Monthly Fees: Hosting/updates (e.g., $120+/month). Cancel anytime with 30-day notice.

  • Late Payments: 5% interest applied after 7 days.

5. Intellectual Property

  • You own: Final website content.

  • We own: Custom code/templates until full payment.

  • Third-Party Tools: GoHighLevel’s terms apply.

6. Revisions & Approval

  • 2 rounds of revisions included. Additional changes billed at $75/hour.

  • Project deemed "approved" if no feedback within 7 days of delivery.

7. Termination

  • By Client: Forfeit deposit; pay for completed work.

  • By Us: If Client breaches terms (e.g., non-payment).

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Not liable for:

    • GoHighLevel platform outages.

    • Client-provided content errors.

    • Third-party integrations (e.g., PayPal).

9. Disputes

  • Governed by laws of New South Wales, Australia.

  • Mediation required before legal action.
